Thanks for shopping with Love Bountifully. We have a strict NO REFUND policy. Please read the description of each item or service thoroughly. Our goal is to provide our clients with their vision.
Refund policy
We have a strict no refund policy. All sales are final. Items may not be refunded or exchanged. We offer custom products to each client; the items are made to your specificity. When you fill out the order form please double check that the information you provide is exactly how you want the product. Please make sure you carefully read product description before making a purchase.
Return Policy: No returns or Exchanges
DIGITAL MOCKUP
The digital mock-up attached to your quote/invoice is for approximate positioning of the artwork only. Artwork scaling may not be exact . The mock-up will serve as a visual reference for determining print sizing and placement unless exact measurement preferences are specified by the customer. Please note the display of colors on different monitors/devices can vary dramatically. For pantone colors, refer to a pantone formula guide for accurate color matching. For DTG printing and DTF, exact color matches cannot be made due to the nature of the imprinting methods. For DTG printing specifically, imprints may vary across individual garments and Love Bountifully Printing group is not liable for the variations in these prints. Any print errors or damaged pieces noticed upon receiving the order may be brought to the attention of Love Bountifully Printing group no later than the day of pickup
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Once all details are finalized, a nonrefundable deposit of 100% from total order is required to get started. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, and cash.
TURNAROUND
On average most orders take around seven to fourteen business days to be completed (from the time all details are finalized), unless a specific due date is discussed between client and associate the turnaround will be 7-14 business days on apparel and 7- 28 business days for promotional items.
**IMPORTANT**
It is very important that you go over every detail on your invoice before approving. Your approval/ payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of all details on the invoice and in these terms. If final product isn’t what you expected, but it matches the order details , we will not be responsible for any discrepancies.
